Zhao Aiguo: The technical field involved in this project is the field of dyeing and finishing technology. It is a functional finishing technology for fabric products developed for electrostatic flocking fabric products. This technology is environmentally friendly, efficient, easy to operate, and has stable and reliable quality. The selected fabric chemical additives are green functional products such as halogen-free non-ionic semi-permanent fire retardants, weak positive water-blocking and oil-proof agents, positive high-efficiency softeners and fire-resistant PU coating glue with good environmental protection and high performance; in addition, the production process We pay attention to preventing contamination, protecting the health of workers and the recyclability of products. This process technology involves a three-step technical treatment process: the first step is padding chemical functional finishing; the second step is PU coating on the back; the third step is baking and solidification. The equipment used includes: liquid rolling tenter machine, PU coating machine, dryer and baking machine, etc.
The technology of this project has independent intellectual property rights. Yuyue Home Textiles has applied for two technical invention patents from the State Intellectual Property Office: “A finishing method for velvet cloth” and “A printing method for velvet cloth.” Among them, the invention patent application for “a printing method for planting velvet cloth” has been authorized by the state, and the other invention patent is in the process of practical examination and will be authorized by the state soon.
This product has been tested by the Swiss Clariant company, and the results show that it can meet the relevant standards of IMO (International Maritime Organization) and AATCC (American Association of Colorists and Textile Chemists). It has been tested by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center The test showed that it complies with the national standard GB50222-95 “Code for Fire Protection Design of Internal Building Decoration” and the B1 combustion performance requirements of decoration materials. At the same time, the smoke density and oxygen index have reached the high requirements of relevant national standards.
Reporter: How long did it take to complete the project?
Zhao Aiguo: This project lasted for two years, from July 2009 to September 2011, and was listed as a 2009 Shandong Province Science and Technology Progress Plan project. The project was approved by the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology in November 2011. Project acceptance and provincial-level scientific and technological achievement appraisal are at the internationally advanced and domestic leading technology level.
Reporter: What difficulties did Yuyue Home Textile encounter in conquering this technology?
Zhao Aiguo: During the project development process, we encountered many difficulties, mainly technical difficulties arising from the centralized technology test and development process. Specifically, various technical “bottleneck” problems that arise in the formulation, testing, adjustment and improvement of technical solutions need to be overcome one by one. For example, there is a certain contradiction between the fireproof effect and the feel of the fabric. If you want good fireproofing effect, you must increase the number of scrapings and the amount of fireproofing finishing agent, but this will make the fabric product feel harder, thus seriously affecting the feel and use effect of the product. After dozens of adjustments, tests and optimized selections of the process formula and selected additives, and through various means such as increasing the concentration of finishing agents and looking for substitutes, we have finally solved this contradiction. There are many technical problems like this. To sum up, one successful experience is that with the indomitable patience of our entire technical development team, joint efforts, team spirit and scientific and correct methods, this project has been continuously adjusted and improved, and is in all aspects. Based on in-depth summary and analysis, a relatively stable and reliable technical solution was obtained, and small batch trial production was carried out and achieved success.
Reporter: How will this technology be applied to the home textile industry, and what benefits will it have to home textile products?
Zhao Aiguo: At present, this technology has been industrialized in our company. After daily product testing, the product quality is stable and can meet customer quality requirements. It is now planned to further improve this technology to reduce costs, improve product performance and economic added value, and enhance energy conservation and emission reduction effects. For home textile products, technical solutions need to be adjusted according to the material, organizational structure and customer quality requirements of the specific product, including formulas, process routes, etc., so that they can be adapted to the use requirements of home textile products.
