The GA710 air-jet loom is an air-jet loom independently developed by Xianyang Loom Manufacturing Co., Ltd. based on the design and manufacturing technology of ZA series air-jet looms of Tsudakoma Industrial Co., Ltd. and summarizing many years of experience in air-jet loom production. The quality indicators and technical performance of this machine have reached the level of similar models in Japan, and it has a high market share among domestic air-jet looms. Used for weaving light, medium and heavy pure or interlaced plain, twill, satin, corduroy and jacquard fabrics using cotton, chemical fiber, viscose yarn and blended chemical fiber yarn as raw materials. The loom speed is 500~700r/min. Reed width 150cm, 190cm, 210cm, 280cm, 330cm. Weft density 635~885.8 threads/10cm (25~225 threads/inch). The weft insertion rate is 1000~1300m/min. Weft yarn selection: single color, two colors, four colors, any weft selection. Shedding can be equipped with crank-type flat shedding (4-page heald frames), cam shedding (8-page heald frames available), and dobby shedding (16-page heald frames available). The diameter of the weaving beam side plate is 800mm. The diameter of the large roll cloth is 800mm. Weft insertion Main and auxiliary nozzles and special-shaped reed weft insertion, electronic control. Beat-up: Double-sided four-link beat-up.
