The GA731-II flexible rapier loom is a new type of shuttleless loom independently developed by Liaocheng Changrun Fabric Machinery Co., Ltd. (formerly Liaocheng Fabric Machinery Factory) based on my country’s specific realities. This machine has the characteristics of compact structure, easy operation, simple adjustment for changing fabrics, high degree of automation, and wide range of suitable weaving. Can weave single width, double width or multiple width fabrics. Very suitable for wide width yarn-dyed fabrics. Suitable weaving varieties Spinning yarn: can weave various natural fibers (such as cotton, wool, silk, linen) and various regenerated fibers and synthetic fibers. Fabric: It can weave light and heavy fabrics in the range of 20-800g/m2, suitable for various types of fabrics such as woolen woolen woolen fabrics, worsted woolen woolen fabrics, linen, silk, cotton chemical fiber and other fabrics. Opening device The opening mechanism adopts an active lower-mounted dobby. Weft insertion mechanism The weft insertion mechanism is a double sword that supplies weft from one side. The flexible sword belt driven by the conjugate cam and the clamping weft clamper transfer the weft yarn in the center to complete the weft insertion. The optimally designed and carefully arranged conjugate cam controls the entire weft insertion process, which can make the rapier head’s leisure pattern more reasonable and ensure stable weft tension, reliable handover and smooth operation when the loom is running at high speed. Beating-up mechanism The beating-up mechanism is driven by a conjugate cam and has a short reed base with separate feet. It uses inertia to beat up to reduce the impact and energy consumption of leisure. The beat-up conjugate cam has the same high precision as the weft insertion conjugate cam, driving a strong short reed seat to ensure the beat-up force when weaving high-density fabrics and heavy fabrics. Let-off and take-up mechanism The positive let-off mechanism adopts a compound adjustment system to ensure uniform let-off and stable let-off tension. The coiling mechanism uses a worm gear, worm gear and sprocket to actively and continuously drive the coiling roller to achieve continuous coiling. The weft density adjuster is linked with the let-off and take-up mechanism. You can easily adjust the weft density by turning the handwheel. The weft density range is 30~800 threads/10cm. Weft selection mechanism The loom is suitable for single-color and up to 8-color fabrics. The unique mixed weft function enables irregular weft selection. Electronic weft selection: controlled by computer, the selected weft yarn is introduced into the shed according to the pattern design requirements. Mechanical weft selection: connected with the dobby machine to achieve weft selection requirements, simple structure and reliable use. The main transmission mechanism is driven by a 4kW main motor through an electromagnetic brake clutch to drive various mechanisms of the loom. The electromagnetic brake clutch cooperates with the electronic control system to accurately control the starting, positioning, parking, inching and other functions of the loom. Control and detection Adopt microcomputer control system, with functions such as automatic weft search, fault detection, automatic weft selection, automatic stop for warp break, automatic stop for weft break, LCD display, etc. All operations of this loom are button operations. Jog, start, stop, forward and reverse rotation, and weft search all have their own button operations. These buttons are installed on the square beam. An indicator light is installed on the square beam. The red light indicates stopping for weft break and the green light indicates stop for warp break. The electric control box is equipped with the main motor, the control switch of the vacuum motor, the manual and automatic transfer switch, and the red emergency button to cut off the power in an emergency. The selvedge device has a leno selvedge device and can be equipped with fold-in edge and hot-melt edge devices. Lubrication device: The main transmission gear train adopts oil bath lubrication, the balance shaft bearing adopts regular forced lubrication, and the parts without oil bath adopt sealed bearings. Vacuum Mechanism In order to promptly clean the fiber dust in the yarn clamp of the left weft clamp, a stand-alone vacuum motor with a power of 300W is installed on the left side of the loom, and left and right suction ports are equipped on the fixed guide rail.
