SGD788A flexible rapier loom is a new type of shuttleless loom independently developed by Shaoxing Qixian Fabric Machinery Co., Ltd. based on my country’s national conditions. This machine has the characteristics of compact structure, easy operation, simple fabric replacement, high degree of automation and wide range of suitable weaving. It can weave single-width, double-width or multi-width fabrics, and is very suitable for wide-width jacquard fabrics. Adaptable varieties: Cotton, linen, wool, bamboo fiber, blended chemical fiber fabric yarn, woolen, viscose fiber and other fabrics. Shedding device: top-mounted dobby shedding, 16 spring box heald frames, jacquard machine shedding, and can be equipped with electronic dobby (top-mounted) and Qihui electronic jacquard machine. Weft insertion mechanism This mechanism adopts two sets of connecting rods to fit together, and the beat-up connecting rod and eccentric connecting rod drive the sword transfer box to achieve weft insertion. The optimized design of the linkage mechanism ensures a more reasonable loosening of the rapier head, reliable handover, and smooth operation. The beat-up mechanism adopts a crankshaft-operated four-link beat-up mechanism. Use inertia to beat up to reduce the impact of slack and adapt to the weaving of fabrics with various weft densities. Warp let-off mechanism Semi-positive intermittent stationary warp let-off mechanism ensures the stability of tension. The winding mechanism adopts a worm gear pair and a ratchet pawl for intermittent winding, and the change in weft density is achieved by adjusting the ratchet. The weft selection mechanism is suitable for single-color and 6-color fabrics. The unique blending function can select irregular wefts. The mechanical weft selection control is controlled by a dobby machine pattern plate or a jacquard machine pattern plate. It has a simple structure and reliable use. The main transmission mechanism uses the main motor to drive various mechanisms of the loom through the electromagnetic brake clutch. The electromagnetic brake clutch cooperates with the electronic control system to accurately control the starting, positioning and stopping of the loom, inching one weft and other functions. Control and detection adopts single-chip control system, fault detection, automatic stopping of warp and weft breaking, etc. The operation buttons are located on both sides of the loom to realize functions such as inching one weft to stop. The selvedge device has a leno selvedge device, and can be equipped with a fold-in edge device and a hot-melt edge device. Lubrication device: oil pump refueling and manual refueling, bearings are refueled regularly, and sealed bearings are used in parts without oil holes.
