SJ type flexible rapier loom
The SJ2000 flexible rapier loom is a new product developed by Shaoxing Fabric Machinery Group Co., Ltd. This product is mainly used for weaving cotton, wool, linen, silk, chemical fiber and other types of fabrics. This machine adopts high-strength thin carbon fiber and has no guide-hook track for weft insertion. It has the characteristics of wide application range, good reliability, high speed, compact structure, convenient operation and maintenance, and high degree of automation. Model SJ2000. Reed width 1200mm (can be adjusted down by 600mm). Speed range: 280~350r/min. The weft density range is 2~110 threads/cm. Weft yarn selection 2~8 colors (electronic color selection). The diameter of the weaving beam disc is 800mm. The diameter of the large roll cloth is 600mm. The total power of the motor is 4.5kW, of which the main motor is 4kW. Beating-up method: Double-sided conjugate cam beat-up. Opening mode: Equipped with GT412 dobby device (bottom-mounted). Electrical control: Programmable controller (PLC) control, with communication interface.
