(1) Applicability: Suitable for processing fine fibrous dust in cotton finishing plants and facilitating the recovery of various dust lint, because the dust recovered from behind the cotton collecting fan, behind the lint collecting fan, and after the infertile suction fan, etc. Down has different properties and should be recycled and cleaned separately.

In order to facilitate management and make it easy to clean and recycle the dust lint collected during the dusty air purification process, domestic cotton finishing plants generally adopt dry dust removal. The dust removal forms are:
First-level dust removal: gravity settling chamber , cyclone dust collector, rotating mesh (dust cage) dust filter, bag dust collector, pre-separator, etc.; Secondary dust removal: combine the above first-level dust removal equipment and adopt MCZF dust removal unit.
In the 1980s, cyclone dust collector + bag dust collector was mostly used for secondary dust removal. In the 1990s, pre-separator + bag dust collector was used for secondary dust removal. In the 21st century, MCZF dust removal units are often used because this is A dust removal equipment with superior performance.
