Cotton processing information management cotton acquisition computer system

Corporate governance informatization refers to the process of using modern information technology to introduce advanced governance concepts and methods into the governance process, improving the efficiency and level of corporate governance, and ultimately improving the efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise. In the reform of the cotton inspection system, the cotton finishing process information system occupies a very important position. This section mainly uses the “Computer Network System for Cotton Acquisition”, “Computer Management System for Cotton Sorting” and “IC Card Data On-site Collection and Cotton Bale Code Sheet Report” developed by the Zhengzhou Cotton and Linen Engineering Technology Design Institute of the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives. System” is used as an example to introduce the information management of cotton finishing process.
1. Zimian Acquisition Computer System
“Zimian Acquisition Computer Network System” consists of a computer network hardware system and an acquisition software system. The hardware system includes servers, computers, 100M networks, long-delay uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), etc. The acquisition software system includes the weighing room weighing system, cotton inspection room inspection entry system, settlement room settlement system, statistics room statistical report system, ranking system and data service system, etc., as shown in Figure 6-9.




The data flow and collaboration are as follows:
(1) When checking the cotton gross weight in the weighbridge room, enter the necessary name, unit, and inspection level information to automatically record the gross weight.
(2) Print the password sheet. The password slip only contains the password and weight.
(3) The sampler takes samples on site and puts the password slip into the sampling bucket.
(4) The cotton inspector completes one trial and five tests of the sample and enters the inspection results according to the password on the password sheet.
(5) When the tare weight is exceeded, the water and miscellaneous deduction and settlement will be automatically completed based on the inspection information.
(6) Complete daily reports, five-day reports, ten-day reports and other common reports as needed.
Its network is a Windows NT system based on TCP/IP protocol. A typical network configuration diagram is shown in Figure 6-10.




For enterprises with higher security requirements for acquired data, it is recommended to use professional servers to store acquired data. For enterprises with smaller investment requirements, ordinary desktop computers can be used as servers to store acquisition data.
