On the other hand, the Henley style (y-neck) thick knitted sweater and T-shirt pairs well Making a huge impact on most designers’ autumn/winter collections, the long-sleeved variety seems to be more of an outfit focal point and can be worn on its own, or paired underneath some open knitwear or a jacket.

A few quick tips
As always, here are some fool-proof ways to choose long-sleeved T-shirts:
1. The first one is how to wear it to create a layered look. There are two options. Start with some bold colors, sky blue, purple or neutral maroon, mixed into crew and V-neck T-shirt styles. Or use a round-neck T-shirt with a white or black background, and of course there should be a pattern on it. The T-shirt is selected, paired with dark wash jeans, casual pants, a blazer, a scarf, gloves, and a beanie, and you’re ready to go.
2. Try to freely match T-shirts, even POLO shirts, a T-shirt with graphics. Add relaxed jeans (but no baggy denim shorts please) and some relaxed round-toe sneakers. Try it? It is also a more casual choice.
3. The basic outfit of long-sleeved T-shirt + casual shirt. Either keep it simple with a white or black crew neck, or pick one that highlights contrast or a color that coordinates with the shirt. For example, a red and black plaid shirt paired with a red torso and a maroon long-sleeved T-shirt (what would you think?). But remember, roll up your shirt sleeves a little when wearing them to show more of the layers underneath.
4. Long-sleeved T-shirt + jacket. This look can be paired with a neautral color with something like a mac or military jacket to give a really clean and chic look. Or you could use a thick long-sleeved T-shirt with something like a vest to show off longer arms, paired with fingerless gloves and a winter scarf.
