What is polyester flame retardant Oxford cloth?
Polyester is an important variety of synthetic fibers and the trade name of polyester fiber in my country. It is made of purified terephthalic acid (PTA) or dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) and Ethylene glycol (EG) is a fiber-forming polymer – polyethylene terephthalate, which is obtained by esterification or transesterification and polycondensation reaction of raw materials. It is a fiber made by spinning and post-processing. Polyester has high strength, good elasticity, good heat resistance, good water absorption, good abrasion resistance, good light resistance, corrosion resistance, and poor dyeability.
Polyester flame-retardant Oxford cloth itself does not have flame-retardant effect. It is made of Oxford cloth using flame retardants and special processes. It will show flame-retardant properties when encountering an open flame or other circumstances. Flame-retardant Oxford cloth is a high-temperature inorganic fiber material with stable chemical properties, good chemical stability, environmental protection, mildew resistance and other characteristics.
Polyester flame-retardant Oxford fabrics are used in special industries such as protective clothing, automobile interiors, fire-fighting equipment, chemical industry, machinery, etc., and are also used in aviation, chemical industry, building materials, fire-fighting and other fields.
Independently research and develop flame retardant fabrics. According to different requirements of customers, the following specifications are available: 210D, 300D, 420D, 600D, 900D, 1200D, 1680D Oxford cloth, etc., with temporary flame retardant effect, semi-permanent flame retardant effect and Durable flame retardant effect, it can also be waterproof, flame retardant, PVC/PU coating, silver coating, composite and other treatments according to customer needs.
