Use of multi-arm devices
1. Installation of dobby device
(1) It should be installed on the corresponding loom according to the lifting position specified in the dobby model instruction manual, and the fixing screws should be tightened according to the specified torque.
(2) The thickness center of the dobby device output reciprocating leisure blade (heald lifting arm) should be flush with the thickness center of the loom heald frame.
(3) The 0° dobby heddle leveling should correspond to the specified heddling leveling degree of the loom before tightening the transmission connection parts.
(4) Adjust the transmission rod of the loom and dobby device, align the transmission sprocket or synchronous toothed pulley, and then adjust the chain or synchronous belt tensioning device.
2. Use of signal reading device
(1) Mechanical signal reading dobby device: Apply perforated pattern paper or implant pattern nails according to the required weaving fabric process, and then install the dobby signal component.
(2) Electronic signal reading dobby device: According to the required weaving fabric process, input the dobby action process arrangement program in the independent station program controller or special electric control box
on the touch panel.
3. Adjustment of the opening amount
Refer to the instruction manual of different types of dobby, combined with the installed loom and weaving fabric technology, adjust the position of the No. 1 ~ No. 16 (20) heald arm hooks to meet the weaving opening amount. , and make sure to speak clearly. On the premise of ensuring smooth weft insertion of the loom, the opening angle should be kept as small as possible in order to reduce the tension of the warp opening and reduce the efficiency reduction caused by warp breakage in the loom weaving.
4. Lubrication
(1) For shuttleless loom dobby without oil tank (pool), each oil injection point should be filled with oil or grease before starting.
(2) For a shuttleless loom dobby with an oil tank, inject the specified number of liters of lubricating oil according to the instructions to the specified mark on the oil window of the oil tank.
(3) The grease or lubricating oil grade specified in the instruction manual must be used and must not be changed at will. Otherwise, the wear of the dobby will be aggravated and the service life of the dobby will be reduced.
5. Test run and operation
(1) After the above work is completed, turn the loom manually or inchingly to drive the dobby for more than 2 turns to confirm that there is no abnormal damping, and then start the fast work after the operation is normal. .
(2) After driving, check whether the cloth pattern is consistent with the design structure, and confirm that the multi-arm device signal reading device is correct.
(3) Check whether the opening amount meets the weft insertion and whether the warp yarns are flat.
(4) All the above items are met, and there is no abnormal sound at normal speed. After the oil pump discharges smoothly, it can be officially put into production.
