Warp let-off mechanism: The ground warp let-off adopts a friction-type mechanical let-off mechanism, which works reliably and evenly. The hair warp let-off adopts an electronic let-off mechanism with flexible movement. The take-up mechanism adopts a positive mechanical take-up mechanism and uses four conversion gears to change the weft density. The weft density conversion range is set from 5 to 145 threads/cm. Automatic weft-finding system The slow speed and weft-finding and breaking actions of the loom are driven by a separate slow-speed weft-finding motor, and the weft-finding clutch automatically reverses the loom to facilitate processing of weft defects. The rolling and feeding stop device adopts electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake to stop the rolling and feeding according to the process requirements, so that the weft density changes.
