The development of dyeing and finishing equipment in my country
my country’s fabric dyeing and finishing production has a long history, but before the establishment of New China, our country did not have its own complete dyeing and finishing machinery manufacturing industry. After the founding of New China, the fabric industry, like other industries, has developed rapidly. Dyeing and finishing equipment manufacturing is closely related to the development of the fabric industry, so a relatively complete fabric dyeing and finishing equipment manufacturing industrial system was quickly formed.
In the mid-20th century, my country independently designed and manufactured a complete set of 54-type dyeing and finishing equipment, realizing the localization of dyeing and finishing equipment and adapting to the needs of fabric industrial production at that time. With the emergence of chemical fiber fabrics and the advancement of dyeing and finishing processes, Type 65, Type 71 and Type 74 dyeing and finishing equipment have been developed successively. This not only provides a complete set of equipment for newly built fabrics, dyeing and finishing plants and the renovation of old factories in China, but also provides the required dyeing and finishing equipment for enterprises in other countries and regions, fundamentally changing our country’s past reliance on imported equipment. The old appearance of fabric dyeing and finishing production has created a new situation in which complete sets of fabric dyeing and finishing equipment can be exported.
In recent years, with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, foreign exchanges have continued to expand, and domestic enterprises have imported a large number of foreign advanced equipment. At the same time, domestic dyeing and finishing equipment has also made rapid progress. Our technicians have learned from foreign advanced technology and combined with our country’s actual conditions to develop a variety of unit machines and special machines, such as uniform rolling machines, high-speed cloth finishing machines, cylindrical knitting fabric finishing machines, cylindrical knitting fabric finishing machines, etc. Singing machine, high temperature and high pressure cheese dyeing machine, high temperature and high pressure overflow dyeing machine, high efficiency and low tension rope scouring and bleaching combined machine, etc. In particular, the successful design, development and production of Type 98 equipment marks that the production technology level of my country’s dyeing and finishing equipment has reached the international advanced level, which will definitely promote the progress of my country’s fabric dyeing and finishing production.
