According to different coating materials, Oxford cloth has three categories: PVC, PU and semi-PU coated fabrics. Specifically, the required coating glue particles, such as PU glue, A/C glue, PVC, PE glue points, etc., are dissolved into a saliva-like shape and then evenly applied on the cloth (cotton, polyester, nylon) using a scraper. and other base materials), and then fixed by the temperature in the oven to form a uniform layer of covering glue on the surface of the fabric, thereby achieving waterproof, windproof, breathable and other functions!
Coated Oxford fabrics are classified according to their functions and characteristics, such as: colored rubber fabrics and PVC-coated fabrics , silver-coated fabrics, calendered fabrics, flame-retardant fabrics, PA breathable fabrics, PU breathable and transparent fabrics, etc. Special coated fabrics: rubber-like coating, paper-like processing, waterproof, moisture-permeable and breathable, pearlescent series, oil-wax-like coating, PU gold and silver glue, high water pressure resistance series (up to 1000—10000), UV -CUT anti-UV processing and so on.
Pu Oxford cloth: The coating is soft and elastic; good strength, can be used for very thin coatings; porous, with moisture permeability and ventilation properties; wear-resistant, moisture-resistant, and Dry cleaning. Disadvantages: higher cost; poor weather resistance; hydrolysis when exposed to water, heat, and alkali.
Pvc Oxford cloth: waterproof, flame-retardant, mildew-proof, cold-proof, and anti-corrosion (referred to as three-proof cloth, five-proof cloth); aging-resistant; UV-resistant; easy to clean; high-temperature resistant (<180 degrees 〉, good thermal insulation and other characteristics.
Main uses of PVC coated cloth:
1. Tarpaulin: widely used in tarpaulins for trains and automobile transportation. Canopy cloth for grain storage, docks and warehouses.
2. Air guide cloth: drilling tower jackets, various tents, mine air guides, etc. (mainly waterproof, fireproof, cold-proof, anti-corrosion, etc.)< 3. For thermal insulation: used to wrap various pipes and equipment, and can be cut into strips.
4. Made into fireproof tape.
5. Fireproof welding blanket (for welding protection on ships, etc.) , fire-proof isolation barriers, fire-proof tents.
6. Make architectural membrane materials and produce various landscape projects.
7. Build various types of tents, temporary houses, etc.
