In order to complete the inspection tasks efficiently and with high quality and ensure that both parties of the enterprise complete the transaction as soon as possible in accordance with the issued certificates, the Municipal Quality Inspection Institute worked hard to face the difficulties. From 2023 to now, a total of 91 batches of notarized raw silk inspections and 53 batches of raw silk entrusted inspections have been completed, involving 86.4 tons of goods and a transaction value of nearly 40 million yuan.
The first is to optimize the allocation of inspection forces. After the Spring Festival holiday, some fiber inspection personnel from the hospital immediately went to Xinjiang to carry out cotton notarization inspection. In the face of a shortage of personnel and a sharp increase in combined inspection volume, the hospital overcame difficulties, scientifically allocated on-site sampling and laboratory inspection personnel, and flexibly arranged and deployed them based on real-time inspection volume. In order to complete the fiber inspection task as soon as possible, some inspectors took the initiative to give up their rest, stick to their front-line posts, and work overtime to complete the random inspection and certificate issuance work.
The second is to make unremitting efforts to help enterprises bail out. Due to the epidemic and other reasons, cocoon and silk enterprises generally have difficulty operating. To this end, while carrying out inspection work, the institute also visited surrounding cocoon and silk companies to listen to their demands, solve their problems, and accurately implement various corporate relief policies. From 2023 to now, three silk companies, including Huzhou Linghu Oriental Silk Technology Co., Ltd. and Huzhou Yufeng Silk Co., Ltd., hope to apply to become a raw silk notarization inspection unit, realizing “zero payment” for fiber inspection, and truly reducing the production and operation costs of enterprises. .
The third is to continue to improve capabilities. On the one hand, the hospital speeds up the practical training of new personnel in the way of “old and new”, quickly exercises the independent inspection ability of young personnel in high-intensity inspection work, and improves inspection efficiency; on the other hand, in order to ensure the accuracy of inspection and testing data, To ensure accuracy and reliability, specialists have been assigned to carry out monthly inspections and verifications of inspection equipment. As of this month, a total of 82 pieces of equipment have been inspected.
