The Supervision and Administration Bureau confiscated illegal gains of RMB 8,646 and fined RMB 137,768.6.

The administrative penalty decision shows that the pilling item of the H&M brand product number 208149 knitted cardigan produced and sold by Haynes Morris (Shanghai) Commercial Co., Ltd. does not meet the relevant standards; the H&M brand product number 221504 shirt rip item does not meet the relevant standards; H&M brand knitted casual tops with specifications and models 175/108A, 175/100A and 180/124A, item number 244687, the moisture absorption and perspiration performance (before washing) item does not meet the relevant testing basis and regulations, and is comprehensively judged to be unqualified; H&M brand Specification model 264142 sunglasses, after sampling inspection, the visible light transmittance item did not meet the standards.
It is reported that the above-mentioned products are purchased from H&M’s Swedish headquarters in the form of global unified purchasing. Among them, H&M brand item number 208149 knitted cardigans, a total of 145 pieces were purchased from China, with a tag price of RMB 79.9, and a total of 141 pieces were sold. The other 4 pieces were inspected by the Beijing Fangshan District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau on August 13, 2021 due to unqualified sampling inspections. The administrative penalty shall be confiscated, and the illegal income shall be RMB 2,536.75.
A total of 132 pieces of H&M brand shirts with item number 221504 were purchased from China. The tag price was RMB 129. A total of 129 pieces were sold. All have been sold. The other 3 shirts have been confiscated by the Beijing Fangshan District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau as administrative penalties. The illegal income was RMB 2,673.61.
In addition, H&M brand product number 244687 knitted casual tops, a total of 148 pieces were purchased from China, with a tag price of RMB 129, and a total of 147 pieces were sold, all of which have been sold out. Another shirt has been administratively punished by the Shanghai Jing’an District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau. It was confiscated and the illegal income was RMB 1,900.59.
In addition, a total of 212 pieces of H&M brand sunglasses, item number 264142, were purchased from China. The tag price was RMB 99.9. A total of 210 pairs were sold, all of which have been sold.
