However, as the end of the month approaches, with the regular invoicing and replenishment activities of weaving manufacturers at the end of the month, coupled with the promotion and profit sharing of polyester manufacturers, on April 29, polyester The production and sales of filament yarn have finally reached 120%, which has been rare in recent times, and some factories have even reached 200%.
Sure enough, affected by this, on April 30, the price of polyester filament, which had been slowly falling, finally began to rebound slightly. Of course, since it is the first day of increase, the range is not large. It is basically a small move such as 100-200 yuan/ton or reducing the promotion range.
Why do polyester manufacturers do this?
First of all, the price of PTA continues to be high. Whether it is the drop in oil prices or the collapse of PX, the price of PTA is as stable as Mount Tai. The spot price of PTA has been fluctuating around 6,500 yuan. Recently, as the demand for terminal weaving has gradually weakened, PTA factories have resorted to equipment maintenance.
We can see from the above table that after May, due to the shutdown for maintenance, the already tight PTA production capacity will become even more scarce. Things are rare and expensive, and it is even more difficult to reduce the price of PTA.
The second is the profit of polyester. The price of raw material PTA has not dropped, but the price of polyester has dropped sharply in a short period of time, which means that all the losses are profits. Even if polyester manufacturers can still afford it now, if it keeps falling, there will always be a day when profits bottom out.
Therefore, it is time to take advantage of the end of the month when a large number of weaving companies are stocking up, and slightly increase the price to prepare for the next stage of sales.

Everyone knows that due to production safety reasons, the price of dyes has risen a bit exaggeratedly recently.
Among the more commonly used dyes, disperse black ETC 300% has increased from 38 yuan/kg to 70 yuan/kg, S-GL Cuilan has increased from 160 yuan/kg to 500 yuan/kg, and ZBLH blue 100 Yuan/kg has increased to 350 yuan/kg, ruby has increased from 30 yuan/kg to 60 yuan/kg, and red has increased from 30 yuan/kg to 60 yuan/kg.

But the rise of dyes seems to be far from over.
